All fees listed below do not include 13% HST.

You will receive an insurance receipt at the end of every treatment which you can use to file your claim.

To book an appointment, a credit card on file is required. It will not be charged during booking and payment will occur at the end of your treatment.

DEBIT is the preferred method of payment because credit card companies charge a fee which is hard to absorb as a solo practitioner. If this is an issue, I also accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. E-transfer to info@svnctum.ca is also available.

Cancellations are allowed up until 24 hours before your treatment. A fee equal to 50% of the booked service will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours. No shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service. These fees are out-of-pocket and not covered by insurance.
