I’m a queer, non-binary Registered Massage Therapist with a deep commitment to providing affirming, body-inclusive care for the 2SLGBTQ+ community. This work is personal to me. I know what it means to walk into a healthcare space and wonder if you’ll have to explain yourself before you can even relax. In my treatment room, you won’t have to. You belong here, exactly as you are.
My clinical work is evidence based and draws Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, pre/post operation treatments, surgical scar techniques, stretch therapy, and advanced sports massage. I take a thorough, assessment-driven approach to every session, listening carefully, looking at the full picture, and building treatment plans that are actually tailored to you and your goals.
Before becoming an RMT, I spent a decade as a first responder, a role that taught me how to stay grounded under pressure and truly meet people where they are. It also gave me my own lived experience with stress and trauma, and a firsthand understanding of how stress and survival show up in the body. That perspective informs everything about how I practice. I believe that caring for the nervous system and caring for the body are intertwined.
Whether you’re an athlete, navigating chronic pain, feeling the effects of stress, recovering from surgery, or simply looking for a practitioner who gets it - I’m here for you.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me out in nature, riding my motorcycle, playing sports, or chilling at home with my pets and family.
